Use the committed policy intent and governance cases to demonstrate organization inheritance, locked fields, path-aware approvals, exceptions, audit-only decisions, and human-readable policy explanations.

Acceptance criteria:

  • show every contributing policy source;
  • explain precedence and conflicts;
  • compare audit and enforcement modes;
  • emit a structured synthetic audit event.
